Before we get down to serious business here are a few facts that you should consider.
As much as we want to help everyone, this is humanly impossible, but we do try to create as many curated projects as we can. We love happy clients. Every single project is created individually and we need approximately 8 weeks to complete it from A to Z. Anything that is within 8 weeks from the date of delivery is considered a rush project, and subject to rush fees. Based on the time of the year we may be able to accommodate projects on a shorter notice. Please ask away and we will do our best to accommodate you. The best way to book your date is to contact us as soon as possible. Once you sign the Retainer Agreement and the Custom Design Questionnaire, your date is confirmed and saved in our Custom Designs & Creations Calendar. No need to stress anymore.
The creation & design process
5 Easy Steps
Contact our team via the inquiry form. We need to know a little bit more about you, your brand and the event, in order to best assist your needs. We will be in touch within 24 hrs. If you feel more comfortable having a phone call follow-up, please mention it at the bottom of the form under “your message”.
Seal the Deal
Now that we’ve got to know each other a little bit, and you are 100% positive that we are a match, we are steps away from having fun. After signing the contract and paying the retainer, we can start what we call The Planning & Creating process. At this point we will ask you to complete the Custom Design Questionnaire which will help us better understand your vision.
First Design Draft
Based on all your detailed answers in the Custom Design Questionnaire, we create, and present to you the first design draft. Chances are, that you may want to adjust a few things and, at this stage it is totally fine. We are happy to work with you to curate the perfect gift that will make you smile with joy, nothing short of perfection.
Final Design Approval
Once you have decided on the Final Design and all the questions have been answered, we start putting your gifts together. All we need is for you to confirm, sign off on the project, and submit the payment. Congratulations! You are free to chill and relax, we’ve got your back.
Final Touches & Delivery
We are happy to deliver or arrange for shipping. We aim to create memorable experiences and this starts before you even get to unpack the gifts. It goes without saying that a memorable experience should be stress-free. Let us handle all the hassle on your behalf.
